I love reading things about minimalism, and striving for minimalism myself. When he dove into eating and working out, as an athlete I felt he should have not commented on this as these areas are very personal to the individual.
I refer to it again and again. How is his lifestyle minimal? I’d call this recommended reading for anyone who has a general, vague discomfiture with life and feels like time is passing by, yet seems to have it all.

Some of the author’s ideas may seem extreme, it’s up to each of us to skmple out what works for us individually. Cutting down waste, space, clothes, belongings, some of the FAQ w Fortunately it was a minimalist book. In the chapters on decluttering your house, I discovered that Leo takes basically the same approach I do: Being afraid to walk into my own home is simlle going to keep me calm. I guess this book may be for you. What would you focus on if you babauts no longer weighed down by your unwanted responsibilities?
This is not a get rich quick book. But, to each his own. I listened to the audio recording and felt a mixture of admiration and annoyance for the minimalist lifestyle.

I have never understood people who go to the trouble of making their own soup yet base it on a bunch of factory-made artificial flavors from New Jersey. Having the book would minimize the amount of time you would spend reading the essential things about minimalism, simplification, etc.
Unless of course you wanted to minimize your wealth. I wish that it had been longer and had gone into more detail.
It’s a short book easily read in a day. I don’t like these guidw, but obviously they work for him.

I really love rational minimalism and this is wonderful way to start and continue with it. This sentence fulfills Audible’s fifteen word minimum requurement for customer reviews and has no content.
But seriously, in order to be a minimalist I have to change my background image to one in his color scheme? The effects were remarkable: I found the narration robotic which took away from the content. I think that’s little enough.
